The Core Banking Domain Manager with Extensive Jack Henry Experience will oversee the operations and strategic direction of our core banking services, ensuring they align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires extensive experience with Jack Henry systems to manage, optimize, and innovate our core banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily core banking operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage and support the integration and utilization of Jack Henry systems across all core banking functions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance core banking services, leveraging Jack Henry's capabilities.
  • Identify and assess new opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements within the core banking domain.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of banking professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development for team members.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage core banking-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and system integration.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all core banking operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with core banking processes and Jack Henry systems.

Customer Service:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by improving core banking processes and addressing customer concerns efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (5 years) in core banking operations, with a strong background in using and managing Jack Henry systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in the banking industry.
  • Certified Banking Professional (CBP) or similar certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $111,634.13 - $179,043.25 per year
