Team Leadership:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developemnt Team Lead with expertise in either .NET or Java and a strong background in the banking sector. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our banking operations. This role requires a deep understanding of banking processes, excellent leadership abilities, and strong technical proficiency in either .NET or Java.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Project Management:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate development projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET or Java technologies.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications.

Banking Domain Expertise:

• Apply knowledge of banking processes and regulations to software development.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand banking requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and security protocols.

Technical Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical advancements.
• Implement best practices for software development and team management.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status and technical issues.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and stand-ups.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of software development experience with a focus on either .NET or Java.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and security requirements.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Certification in .NET, Java, or project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $124,608.46 - $189,937.07 per year
