Registered Nurse - RN Looking to Gain Leadership Experience in Acute Care!

Location: Overland Park, KS

Pay: $35-$47 /hour increases depending on experience shift differentials for Nights and Weekends Relocation on a case by case basis

Shifts: Nights

Must haves: Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of the unit and leadership/ management experience

ACUTE CARE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS Required - Looking for Someone that has worked in a LEVEL TRAUMA 1 acute care hospital setting leading a team

Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) oversees patient care delivery and coordination during designated shifts. They collaborate with the management team to ensure adherence to policies, promote patient-centered care, and uphold the organization's values. Responsibilities include facilitating admission and discharge processes, assessing care quality, fostering teamwork, and supporting a patient-first approach. The CNC contributes to employee engagement initiatives, assists with staff recruitment and training, manages scheduling, and ensures proper inventory control.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• BLS and ACLS certification.
