Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Health Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our home health services and increase referrals from physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase awareness and generate new business for our home health agency.
- Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals and assisted living facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and management, to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives and service capabilities.
- Plan and execute promotional events, presentations, and educational seminars to create awareness and generate referrals.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. - Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support sales and promotional efforts.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences and engage with potential referral sources.
- Represent the company at professional conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of home health services, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with referral sources and attend events as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
