Minimum Skills & Requirements:
- Must be licensed in California.
- Ability to commute to the office daily.
- Architecture and construction background, with a minimum experience of 5 years working in the California building industry.
- Strong comprehension and familiarity of and ability to assess and navigate building codes.
- Highly skilled in AutoCAD, experience with Revit
- Familiarity with design software: Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate and understand working drawings.
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic team member who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Professional and personable demeanor capable of building and maintaining constructive relationships.
- Effective written and verbal communication with an ability to listen to clients, consultants, subcontractors, and team members.
- Capacity to ask questions, take directions, and request guidance.
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment where various tasks may be asked of you any day.
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to follow through with tasks, communicate project specifics, and update management.
- Manage your time effectively by prioritizing and projecting for the future and respecting the time of clients, consultants, subcontractors, and team members.

- Take responsibility for the outcome of your assignments.
- Create technical drawings – architectural construction documents and related details.
- Prepare project-specific graphics and exhibits.
- On-site fieldwork: conducting surveys, taking measurements, making field observations, and assisting in field inspections.
- Model dimensionally accurate and representative 3-D models
