ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Strategic Pricing and Price to Win for IDEMIA Public Security North America (PSNA) is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with the company's corporate strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in revenue growth management and pricing strategy including experience in new product pricing strategies. In addition, they will oversee the competitive Price-to-Win function to support growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Price-to-Win strategies that maximize pWin while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales and BD to conduct market research to identify new product pricing strategies and determine the willingness to pay for new products.
  • Monitor, analyze, and generate insights into pricing trends to identify opportunities for improvement in IDEMIA PSNA's revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and other analytical solutions to support pricing decisions and market understanding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure pricing strategies are informed by cross functional insights and aligned to PSNA strategy.
  • Advocate for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) aligned ways of working and influence others to adopt best practice to support the development of a strong end to end RGM capability.
Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in pricing strategy and/or Price-to-Win
  • Strong experience in US federal market preferable
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in and lead collaborative cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate best practice into repeatable frameworks, process, and ways of working
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of direct reports
