Position Title: Mid-Senior Retail Salesperson - CPaaS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Senior Level Retail Salesperson specializing in Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling products as a service, significant experience in retail sales, particularly in selling retail technology or platform products, and a robust skill set in initiating and managing cold calling and other sales initiatives. Experience with SMS A2P is preferred. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and achieve set targets. We are seeking a bilingual individual proficient in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

• Drive sales of CPaaS solutions to retail clients through proactive outreach and strategic sales initiatives.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Present, promote, and sell CPaaS products and services to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
• Participate in the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics and targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales manager on market trends and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling products as a service.
• Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in selling retail technology or platform products, is essential.
• Demonstrated success in CPaaS sales is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience with SMS A2P is preferred.
