This position requires someone with previous experience managing a crew of at least 6-10 members on commercial construction projects.

This person must be proficient and experienced in the following areas:

• Drywall Installation and Finishing
• Metal Studs
• Acoustical Ceilings
• Formica, Laminate, and FRP
• Hollow Metal Doors and Frames
• Bathroom Hardware and Partitions

The person in this position will be expected to do the following:

• Be proficient in all the above-mentioned areas
• Work over-time as needed
• Order materials as necessary
• Communicate (via email and phone) with office staff on a daily to weekly basis

Experience and Requirements

Experience:

• construction foreman: 5 years (Required)
• sheet rocking and Framing : 5 years (Required)
• Layout of jobs: 3 years (Preferred)
