ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Mechanical/Process Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA.

Job Summary:

As a Mechanical/Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing processes for the production and processing of Hydrogen and other gases.

• Design and develop processes for Hydrogen production, processing and storage.
• Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and environmental performance.
• Conduct simulations and modeling to analyze process performance.
• Prepare technical specifications for equipment.
• Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

The position will require an ability to make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods, define options, and articulate the best solution(s) to the team. This is not a supervisory position; however, the individual may need to direct the work of other engineers and/or designers on a project basis. This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications:

Minimum Academic & Professional Requirements:

• Flexible and dynamic team player capable of integrating into an international team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and project documentation habits
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, work well in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate effective team-building skills
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial projects
• Experience managing successful client relationships and business development skills is a plus
