This position is fully onsite in Lawrenceville, GA.
Responsibilities for the Accela Business Analyst:

• Assist with analysis, design, and implementation of Accela system solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements, enhance features, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Work with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Jira to track requirements and communication throughout various projects.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions to stakeholders to communicate Accela system functionalities, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills for the Accela Business Analyst:

• 3 years of Accela Business Analysis experience
• 3 years' experience delivering Accela System solutions
• 3 years of Agile environment experience
• Strong knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and Jira
