Position Overview for the Human Resources Assistant:
- Inputs and updates HRMS data.
- Organizes employee documents, making copies and scans as necessary
- Monitors and replenishes departmental forms and supplies
- Receives, reviews, and verifies the precision of various forms, including benefits and leave of absence documentation, and other essential HR paperwork
- 2 years of prior HR department administrative work experience
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent successful work experience
- Experience in a particular HR discipline is preferred
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
