Position Overview/Responsibilities for the A&R Administrative Assistant:

• Supporting the A&R executives and A&R travel and studio time
• Calendar management Covering phone lines, partnering with other assistants as needed
• Creating agendas for external client meetings Meeting with guests and help with general queries
• Monthly expenses, reconciliation and processing regular meeting prep and coordination special project coordination requiring follow up and meeting with deadlines Liaising between producers & managers to Business Affairs & production
• Collecting and compiling album credits Updating and inputting credits, publishing and lyrics

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of industry experience
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels including Senior Management
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners and clients
• Process strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation Details: $24.50/hour w2
