Schedule: Onsite M-F 8am – 4:30 pm CST for daily mail pick up and distribution
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, performs general clerical work of average difficulty; and performs related work as required, including but not limited to:
- Daily mail pick-up, including review and distribution
- Preparing check logs
- Prepares various reports for review and/or distribution to support agency needs
- Document scanning
- Receives and responds to various routine inquiries
