IDR, Inc. is Hiring an AP Specialist Near Colorado, CO
This company is seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join their team for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and a strong understanding of invoice processing, sales tax, and vendor invoices. They should also have experience with AP tools such as Capture, Intelicheif, and JD Edwards financial systems. Construction experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process 110-150 invoices per day
- Review sales tax and vendor invoices
- Utilize AP tools such as Capture, Intelicheif, and JD Edwards financial systems
- Collaborate with the manager to qualify the job requirements
- Over 5 years of experience as an AP Specialist
- Strong experience with invoice process and understanding of review of sales tax and vendor invoices
- Experience processing 110-150 invoices a day
- Experience working with AP tools such as Capture, Intelicheif and JD Edwards financial systems
- Construction experience is preferred
