Position Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of processing special handling invoices for commercial clients.
- Manage third-party billing portals.
- Communicate with internal teams across different functions regarding customer account statuses.
- Interact with various commercial clients about their account statuses.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Perform and oversee billing reconciliations for customer accounts.
- Investigate and address any discrepancies or inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide necessary documentation such as invoices and statements to customers or internal teams upon request.
- Develop key relationships with internal teams to minimize invoicing errors.
Position Qualifications:
- Experience with third-party billing portals is preferred.
- High school diploma is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in transaction-based services, with billing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
