Position Overview For The Client Support Specialist
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with POS terminals and other systems.
  • Provide timely support to end-users via tickets, emails, and calls.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and configurations.
  • Document support activities for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with IT team to escalate issues and implement improvements.
Required Skills for the Client Support Specialist:
  • Proficiency in help desk support roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Experience working with POS terminals or similar point-of-sale systems, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and convey technical information.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
