Position Overview for the Configuration Manager:

• Software Development and Integration: Develop efficient and effective software solutions from vision to production-ready systems in an agile environment. Utilize architectural approaches and open-source frameworks to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Configuration and Change Management: Manage configuration, change, and release processes for DoD Cyber Technology Development Programs. Participate in design reviews and evaluations of hardware or software configuration changes to ensure proper identification and control.
• Version Control and Documentation: Implement and maintain version control processes for both software and documentation, ensuring compliance with configuration management standards. Develop and distribute detailed technical procedures (DTP) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP).
• Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work within Agile cross-functional development and operational teams to manage system improvements. Chair or contribute to change control boards (CCB), and oversee version management, system build, backup and recovery, and archiving processes.

Required Skills for the Configuration Manager:

• Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of experience in DevSecOps, including configuration management, change management, and release management in support of DoD Cyber Technology Development Programs. Experience with Agile methodologies, extreme programming, and managing software products through version control tools like Git.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing software version control tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub), milestone documentation tools (Jira, Confluence), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible). Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and IT configuration management standards with an 'everything as code' approach.
• Security Clearance: Must possess a TS/SCI clearance and be able to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Experience with operational methodologies employed by USCYBERCOM capability development teams is advantageous.
• Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Configuration Management Professional, Microsoft Configuration Manager Certification, or Project Management Professional Certification are desirable. Experience with developing Offensive Cyber platforms and tools is a plus.

Compensation Details: $84,000 to $170,000 W2. NOT OPEN TO C2C
