Position Overview for the Health Insurance Sales Representative:
- Tasked with handling incoming calls from potential enrollees interested in individual dental insurance products.
- Inquire about customer needs, suggest suitable product options, and clarify plan costs and benefits.
- Finalize new applications, assist callers in navigating payment choices, and provide additional information sources as required.
- Conclude sales transactions and transfer new customer details to the enrollment department.
Required Skills for the Health Insurance Sales Representative:
- 4 years of customer service sales work experience within a call center or related heavy customer contact experience
- Active Health Insurance License (from any of the 50 US state
