Position Overview for the HRIS Sr. IT Analyst : We are searching for a Sr. Technical IT analyst to assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of HRIS IT solutions. In this role, you will be required to handle the analysis of our HRIS IT systems, develop strategies for optimization, manage all procedures relating to implementation, and translate business requirements into development-ready technical specifications.
Required Skills for the Oracle HRIS Sr. IT Analyst:
- 5 of experience analyzing/developing in an HRIS environment – (Workday/ADP)
- Certification and demonstrated current proficiency in a coding language - (.NET, C#)
- Professional experience working with SQL
- Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data security
