IDR is seeking an IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst for a 6 month contract position at our client's location in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will collaborate across divisional teams to support our maturing Governance and Disaster Recovery efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills with an ability to gather requirements, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions quickly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience partnering with product owners, solutions architects, and other members of our client's team to implement existing processes while identifying opportunities to improve our programs.

Required Skills for IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery role
- Experience executing and educating on the intent, objectives, and activities of IT Risk Management and Governance programs
- Broad understanding of COBIT processes
- Experience with Riskonnect (formerly Castellan) is preferred but not required
