Position Overview for the Network Analyst:
- Design, Configure, and support Internet and next Generation firewalls (NGFW), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and Domain Name Systems (DNS)
- Help to troubleshoot issues with network ad internet applications
- Provide details technical documentation of all administered systems
- Troubleshoot various internet protocol such as BGP, TLS, HTTP, etc.
- Partner with technical support team in fielding calls and emails to resolve technical incidents related to internet and firewall issues
Required Skills for the Network Analyst:
- 2 years of experience with Next Generation Firewall Administration
- Prior experience with VPN Administration
- Prior experience with DNS/IP address management
