This is an onsite position in Memphis, TN.
- Position Overview for the Operations Manager: Coordinates daily project operations for optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
- Responds to emergencies and oversees physical reconstruction restoration.
- Manages production staff, including hiring and training, and ensures timely and compliant work order processes.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of operational processes.
- Conducts onsite audits for quality and regulatory compliance.
- Required Skills for the Operations Manager: 5-10 years' experience in restoration management ( mitigation and reconstruction ), with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business administration, operational management, or finance.
- Proven leadership in operations, emphasizing cost management and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills for business processes and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Effective in training, informing, and responding to inquiries from employees and customers.
- Holds a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Familiarity with Restore356, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis for project estimation and management is a plus.
