Qualifications for Account Specialist: Research cash
- Required:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong experience with coordinating insurance benefits and determining insurance relationships
- Excellent root cause analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Self-starter who will thrive in a collaborative environment where all members are hands-on and have a voice in business decisions
- Preferred:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Ability to synthesize knowledge from past projects and employ new initiatives
- Passionate about clean claims and the right revenue
- Strong decision-making skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
