This is a full-time, onsite position at the Alpharetta office.
Position Overview for the Publications Specialist:
- Function as a purchase agent contact for materials printed outside of the company.
- Solicit quotes for budgetary needs and future printed materials.
- Approve and code invoices for print items needed outside the company.
- Manage materials stored at an offsite fulfillment house.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in print buying.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency in InDesign preferred.
- Ability to lift paper boxes and handle shipping tasks using UPS.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
