Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Full Stack Engineer:
- Create scalable, high-performance multi-tier distributed applications, ensuring they are accessible and responsive across various devices and platforms.
- Develop robust REST APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, and integrate data ingestion services utilizing MQ/Kafka technologies.
- Implement and manage relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, Redis, Aerospike, and DynamoDB to support application functionality.
- Utilize tools like Jenkins, Concourse, and Docker to streamline deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery in an Agile environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear and effective communication, and contributing to a positive team environment with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
Required Skills for the Senior Full Stack Engineer:
- Proficiency in developing and testing responsive UI applications using Angular, NgRx, and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of REST API development with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with MQ/Kafka technology for data ingestion services and familiarity with financial messaging protocols like FIX.
- Strong background in developing full-stack cloud-based applications, using relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Redis, Aerospike, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with devops tools and techniques such as Jenkins, Concourse, and Docker, and working in Agile environments with continuous integration/delivery tools.
