Domain Experience: Financial Services ; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable
Program Management: 2-3 Large 10 M multiyear green field development programs
Governance and Reporting: Strong experience in setting up reporting practices
Financials: Managing P&L for the program > 20 M in size
Executive communication: Ability to interact with CxO ( CIO, CTO)Strong experience in similar programs.
Required Experience
- 10 years’ experience in IT leadership.
- Strong experience managing large-scale ($10M ) development programs.
- Experience overseeing SDLC teams/departments.
- Background as a Developer/Architect.
