Responsibilities Of The Sr. ERP Project Manager (HCM) Include
- Plan and execute project phases including requirements, testing, and training.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and create implementation plans.
- Review finances, manage variances, and oversee changes.
- Monitor progress, metrics, and project dependencies.
- Drive organizational improvements and lead HCM Technology projects.
- Coordinate team training and knowledge-sharing events.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- Five years of recent, relevant project management experience with increasing responsibility
- Eligibility for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing HCM on ERP Cloud Solutions like Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, SAP S4/HANA
