IDR, Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (351436) Near McPherson, KS
IDR is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our manufacturing clients! This is a hybrid onsite position in McPherson, Kansas or Shalersville, Ohio or fully remote. It’s a 6 month contract-based position.
Responsibilities:
- The Talent Acquisition Partner is critical in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with needs and values.
- This is a key role in building a skilled and diverse workforce, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Responsibilities span from managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, future pipeline development, executing talent strategies, conducting interviews, extending offers, supporting employer branding, and establishing key partnerships to secure future talent.
Required skills:
- 5 years of manufacturing recruiting experience (placing process technicians, Operators, industrial specification engineers, piping system engineers, electronics technicians)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
