IDR is seeking a Technical Analyst II to join one of our top healthcare clients remotely. This is an 18 week contract with potential to extend and fully remote. Position Overview for the Technical Analyst II:

• Customer Support: Act as a liaison between Information Services (IS), vendors, external technical specialists, and clients, documenting and managing issues during system implementation and support using the Remedy system.
• Technical Support: Monitor applications, systems, storage, and networks, escalating issues as needed, and conduct hardware and software upgrades, replacements, and repairs. Provide specifications, data mapping, and testing support for system enhancements.
• Training Delivery: Prepare and manage training environments, handle logistics for training sessions, and support classroom activities to ensure participants receive necessary assistance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to define business and user requirements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare initiatives, and support continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

Required Skills for the Technical Analyst II:

• Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of IT concepts, development of processes and procedures, strong analytical skills for logical and objective conclusions, and proficiency in monitoring and managing IT systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish cooperative working relationships, strong presentation skills for effective information sharing, and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments with frequent workload changes.
