ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer incoming and make outgoing customer telephone calls, and emails on a daily basis, and assist in resolving any questions or concerns in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to customers.
- Data Entry
- Scheduling new and existing customers for services ( MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAILED)
- Processing customer payments
- Sending all customers a copy of the invoice and receipt of payment
- Invoicing credit card fees and overweight tickets as they arise
- Work with supervisors to ensure that deliveries and pick-ups are completed daily
- Provide accurate information regarding customer concerns and questions
- Generate call-in work orders for drivers and put them on the calendar for dispatching
- Answer all customer inquiries received via email, messenger, text
- Additional responsibilities may apply as needed
- Prepares Saturday workload and confirms all appointments the day prior
- Keeps customer relationships by communicating and keeping all customers informed and updated on any schedule changes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent technology skills; proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Dynamics
- MUST be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years QuickBooks Online or Desktop – Office Environment,
- BEING ON TIME FOR WORK IS VERY IMPORTANT!!
THIS A FULL-TIME POSITION
