IES Residential is looking for a HVAC Installer for our Alabama division!

Specific Qualifications

• HVAC Installation : Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and configuration.
• Piping and Ductwork : Fabricate and install piping and ductwork for HVAC systems, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and insulation to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Equipment Setup : Set up and test HVAC equipment and components, including condensing units, thermostats, and air handling units, to ensure proper operation and functionality.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, including the proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials, and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect installations for quality and compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations, making adjustments or corrections as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Interaction : Interact with residential clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions, providing explanations, and addressing concerns related to HVAC installations.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Continuing Education : Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through training and professional development opportunities.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other installers, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient installation processes and customer satisfaction.
