IEWC Brand is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Berlin, WI

The Business Development Representative drives profitable growth through identifying and qualifying new accounts, growing emerging accounts as a consultative solution provider through developing effective strategies to win business. With a clear focus on high-payoff activities (HPAs), this sales professional will be equipped with best-in-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Effectiveness, and AI-powered Business Intelligence systems to generate consistent, dynamic success. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a sales environment and/or sound understanding of a sales process, is preferred
  • Prior experience with cold-calling or warm-calling is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM tool
  • Competitive and goal-oriented nature
  • Strong sense of resiliency and positive attitude
  • Exceptional responsiveness and follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
