2. About the job :

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing retail partners across the US and Canada. They will develop full-funnel partner marketing plans and create compelling customer experiences, utilizing omnichannel strategies across digital and physical environments.

This role will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy and execution for the Consumer Sales organization.

4. What are the key responsibilities?

• Responsibilities and Duties :
• Develop short and long-term marketing plans for retail partners across all customer touchpoints.
• Focus on omnichannel innovation and maximizing ROI in the marketing mix.
• Build credibility and impact with retail partners, collaborating on joint marketing plans and aligning marketing investments.
• Drive co-marketing campaigns with ingredient partners and hardware / device partners.
• Influence conversion in-store and online through seamless shopper journeys.
• Activate eCommerce sales with digital marketing excellence.
• Optimize in-store presence through shop-in-shop programs and experiences.
• Provide guidance and thought leadership to retail partners to land key priorities.
• Develop partner capability assessments and relationship strategies.
• Ensure execution excellence, meeting timelines and budget targets.
• Analyze performance and results, identify opportunities, and incorporate insights into action plans.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?

• MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
• Four-year college degree or relevant work experience in the retail sector.
• 3 years of experience in Retail / Channel Marketing / Marketing / Retail Sales.
• Proven success in marketing and execution planning, particularly in Retail Marketing with Consumer Technology products.
• Strong understanding of the digital and physical buying journey and sales channels.
• Track record of marketing execution excellence, ROI-focused planning, and analytics insights.
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
• Previous experience with Microsoft in the marketing organization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
