The role will consist of working on one project at a time until ramped up. They will be assigned to one project and work on one stage at a time – the research planning stage will be collaborative (the team drafts a plan together), the usability research conducting stage will also be highly collaborative, the synthesizing date stage will not be as collaborative as the contractor will be working largely on own to collect data, then they will work with others for feedback on the project. After ramping up they’ll take on multiple projects at the same time.
