Must have Tooling Experience • 3 years of maintenance experience
• Safety Conscious
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to assess and accurately determine causes of equipment failure.
• Responsible for repairs of damaged/broken equipment, machines, vehicles. - This includes but is not limited to: Company Vehicles, Brake Presses, Welders, Grinders, Electrical Cords, Peddinghaus Equipment, Saws, Plasma Tables, Overhead Cranes, etc.
• Ability to meet with Vendors or Specialists to resolve maintenance issues.
• Responsible for coordinating installations, repairs, preventative maintenance with the Production Manager, Production Coordinator and Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance Schedules.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines following safety, quality and production goals
• Prefers fast paced environment • Good organization and communication skills
• Strong commitment to organizational goals and process improvements
• Salary commensurate with years of experience and qualifications
