We are seeking an SNF experienced Medical Records professional who can also manage central supply. The ideal candidate should be able to facilitate the following :

• Answer incoming patient calls for all providers and task to appropriate party when needed for resolution.
• Review and address Medical Records requests throughout the day and follow-up to ensure completion.
• Complete Medical Record / Release of information requests received through fax & voicemail and explain process as needed.
• Complete Prior authorization requests.
• Scan appropriate documents into patient's medical record.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Order and maintain all nursing supplies
