Additionally, you will assist the surgical team in preparing the patient for transport out of the operating room and cleaning the operating room.
Skills and Abilities:
- Consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
- Ability to function appropriately in a crisis or emergency situation
- Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing effectively in English
- Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the start of employment
- Must be nationally certified as a Surgical Technician
- Recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute hospital operating room is preferred
