Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Expand Ignition CX’s Client Base : We seek a skilled hunter with a track record of acquiring new clients.
  2. Analyze Customer Needs and Create Solutions : Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  3. Cultivate Strong Relationships with Partners and Vendors : Strengthen partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
  4. Explore New Verticals and Develop Strategies : Investigate untapped markets and devise plans for growth.
  5. Leverage Market Knowledge and Competitor Insights : Understand industry trends and competitors to inform decision-making.
  6. Execute Growth Strategies : Implement plans to expand the client base, increase revenue, and achieve strategic goals.
  7. Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with teams to execute new business initiatives.
  8. Implement Effective Marketing Strategies : Promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.
  9. Provide Strategic Guidance to Executives : Advise on business trends and new service/product development.
  10. Stay Informed at Industry Functions : Attend events to keep up with market trends and gain creative insights.
  11. Prioritize Customer Needs : Anticipate and deliver user-centric solutions.

Anticipated Salary Range: Competitive salary plus targeted commission that will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education, experience, and competency for the role.

Experience:
