Job Title: Client Engagement Leader - US

Location: Houston, TX/Chicago, IL (Onsite/Hybrid)

Note: Candidate should have experience working with Travel, Transportation & Hospitality domain.

Job Overview:

The Client Engagement Leader is responsible for driving sales of project delivery services, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of projects to achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical guidance and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation ideas for complex business problems.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Project Delivery:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the company's business with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business growth objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project milestones, changes, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management and clients.
