Job Title: Sales Alliances and Partnerships Leader - US

Location: Remote (Open to travel)

Job Summary:

The Sales Alliances and Partnerships Leader plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic alliances and partnerships to drive sales growth and expand market presence. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that align with the company's objectives. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally to leverage partner networks, drive revenue streams, and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

We are ideally looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, managing alliances and hunting for new opportunities. This role involves a hybrid approach, focusing on both Sales (NN), preferably within the Travel, Transportation Industry and Business Development (Partnerships), essentially a blend of sales and partnership development skills.

Apart from NN Sales, this person will actively sell and oversee partnerships with AWS, GCP, AZURE, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements, including terms of engagement, revenue-sharing models, and contractual obligations.

Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.

Sales: Develop sales strategies and materials that leverage partner resources and capabilities to drive revenue growth targets.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategies and identify potential new partners.

Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding the company's interests.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into partnership performance, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with the company's sales goals and market objectives.

Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology vendors, resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances, to expand the company's reach and market penetration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships management, with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative partnership solutions.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.

Experience in relevant industries such as technology, SaaS, or Air/travel is a plus.
