Title: Shipping and Logistics Associate

Summary: IHL is looking for Shipping and Logistics Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Tack and manage customer orders.
• Communicate with warehouse picking and shipping instructions.
• Schedule all customer orders and provide routing/updates as needed.
• Track inbound inventory on containers and air shipments.
• Communicate with sales team on status updates and any potential shipping delays.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Shipping/Logistics
• Understanding of shipping regulation and customer guides.
• Experience working with Off-Price accounts.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Job Logistics

Location: New York, NY – Midtown West

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $52,000-$70,000
