Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs house supervisor and medical provider of changes or needs. Encourage and lead nursing staff to coordinate care for the residents. Handles medication administration and treatments. Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and Infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations.
