We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in wireless sales, grocery store, or market environments and possess strong leadership and customer service skills.

**Duties:**

- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient store performance

- Oversee pricing strategies and promotions

- Supervise and train staff on customer service best practices

- Handle cash register transactions accurately

- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees

- Manage payroll processes effectively

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in wireless sales, grocery store, or market settings is preferred

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team

- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the overall shopping experience

- Proficiency in managing inventory, pricing, and promotions

- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision

Pay: $16.40 - $17.09 per hour
