Summary

The General Manager directs the operation of an assigned unit by performing the duties outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with !HOP restaurant hourly Team Members, Corporate and Regional Team Members, and guests.
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Prepare regular reports
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Comply with federal, state and local regulations that are applicable to the assigned unit
• Provide solutions to issues (e g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
• Ensure employees work productively
• Responsible for hiring and developing employees to build a strong team-building culture

Requirements

• 2 years of restaurant management experience required

Pay

• Salary/hourly pay depending on experience (DOE)
