Shift leaders oversee staff and operations of our famously loved IHOP. IHOP enjoys serving delicious food to our community with a smile and safety in mind. Shift leader responsibilities include managing staff, upholding policies, and being full hands in by serving tables, and hosting as well. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader, hospitable, and confident decisionmaker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive while representing our brand!

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Prepare regular reports
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e g. employee conflicts)
• Ensure employees work productively

Pay

• Hourly pay depending on experience (DOE)
