iiicareer / Interesse International Inc. is Hiring a Sales Manager Near San Jose, CA

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Manager utilizes industrial knowledge and business acumen from sales experience to preform sales of company products, and may need to be involved with marketing and customer service. This position establishes direct sales contacts and relationships with customers requiring special or specific products or product lines and maintains customer support contacts to ensure the company meets contractual obligations and supports customer needs, including technical support. Expect to work at the company offices at least three (3) days per week at the office and need to be out of the office 50% of the work time.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Initiate, research, develop, establish, and maintain customer relationships, network and manage customer needs and requirements.

•Outside sales activity as well as inside sales activity such as making quotations, sales log & reports, and market analysis. Coordinating after-sales support will be needed.

•Frequently visits customers and maintains contacts with customers when not in the office

•Conduct presentations (company introduction, product introductions, technical explanations, demonstrate competence in NPCA products, etc.)

•Plan, attend, and organize exhibitions as required.

• Prepare detailed monthly written reports regarding all sales activities and summaries of results.

• Required to travel throughout the country, work with the distributor. Travel to other countries may be required.

•Provide product training and support the sales activities of company

•Perform any and all additional duties as required by company management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, and contract administration principles and techniques. Strong product knowledge.

•Excellent presentation, writing, and speaking communication skills.

•Effective development of commercial customers with specific and special product need

•Effective contract administration and customer support under specific and special product pricing and delivery conditions.

• Semiconductor industry experience is a plus
