IK Investments LLC is hiring: Strategic Business Analyst (Industrial Flooring Specialist)

IK Investments LLC is a dynamic real estate investment and business consulting firm founded in 2024. With a strong foundation in real estate and a network of strategic partnerships, we're expanding our portfolio into the industrial flooring sector. We're currently engaged in discussions with a major international construction company to explore investment opportunities in the US market.

The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Business Analyst to conduct comprehensive market research and develop strategic plans for our venture into heavy-duty industrial flooring, specializing in steel fiber concrete design and build.

What you'll do:

• Conduct in-depth market research on the US industrial flooring industry

• Develop business strategies for our core and additional services, including:

 - Very narrow aisle grinding

 - Floor repair & refurbishments

 - Floor construction & flooring systems

 - Design, testing & floor surveying

 - Wire guidance design & installation

 - Flooring services for Goods to Person (G2P) systems

• Analyze competitor pricing and recommend optimal pricing models

• Assess market potential for our services and identify growth opportunities

• Create a detailed report with actionable insights for business launch and potential international investors

Ideal candidates have:

• Proven experience in strategic analysis and business development, preferably in industrial flooring or construction

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Knowledge of steel fiber concrete, industrial flooring systems, and automation-related flooring (preferred)

• Understanding of international business practices and cross-cultural communication (preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or 5 years of related experience

Additional Location Information:

While our preference is for candidates based in Charlotte, NC, we are open to considering exceptional candidates from Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, or those willing to work remotely.
