Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the leadership team and other key teams (creative, strategy, production, finance) to drive the agency's reputation and secure future income.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social content, and brand experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new brands, projects, and international markets.
- Foster a positive team environment where talent feels safe, challenged, valued, and rewarded.
- Play a key role in the Leadership Team, contributing to the agency's strategic direction and growth.
- Proven track record of growth and success in a senior role within an integrated creative agency.
- Experience in delivering all aspects of ATL, digital, social content, and brand experience campaigns.
- Strong client relationships that have driven agency growth.
