Fast-growing creative indie based in Sydney, is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Director to form part of it's leadership team and help lead, grow and shape the agency. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor and use your business acumen, new business track record and strong leadership to support the founder in expanding the agency both here and in O/S markets.

The Role

This pivotal role involves collaborating with global and Australian marketing teams, nurturing client relationships, and balancing client satisfaction with commercial health, creative ambition, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Work closely with the leadership team and other key teams (creative, strategy, production, finance) to drive the agency's reputation and secure future income.
• Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social content, and brand experience.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new brands, projects, and international markets.
• Foster a positive team environment where talent feels safe, challenged, valued, and rewarded.
• Play a key role in the Leadership Team, contributing to the agency's strategic direction and growth.

• Proven track record of growth and success in a senior role within an integrated creative agency.
• Experience in delivering all aspects of ATL, digital, social, content, and brand experience campaigns.
• Strong client relationships that have driven agency growth.
• Potential to take on wider and more senior client service responsibilities.
