Job DescriptionPLANT DESCRIPTIONOur newly commissioned plant(2022) features side-by-side assembly lines for 2 unique commercial roofing products. Both these products are manufactured with state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, safe, bright facility.
PLANT LOCATIONIKO Northeast, 160 IKO Way, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740
We are conveniently located at Exit 6 off Route 81 at the Western Maryland Parkway.
Schedule - Must be able to work a rotating shift(days/nights), including weekends.

When You Join Us, You Will Be
  • Operating manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instructions
  • Adhering to safety policies, programs, procedures
  • Inspecting raw material and finish products per quality specifications
  • Conducting quality checks at regular intervals
  • Working closely with production team to meet goals/objectives
  • Operating counterbalance, propane-powered forklift
  • Entering waste, downtime data into system
  • Additional duties as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of proven forklift operating experience preferred
  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity and Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
  • Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand 90% of the shift
  • Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
